Guardrails
Nothing ships unchecked
A page is a draft until it's marked
verified. Drafts render at their URL for checking, but they'renoindexand left out of the sitemap. Prices have a separate confirmation flag. The build fails if any colour pair drops below WCAG AA. - 02
What we shipped
One page per search
There are 25 tour routes, 28 destinations, 14 point-to-point transfers, 9 local “taxi in <town>” pages, 7 planning guides and a blog, all written as Markdown with typed frontmatter. The link graph is reciprocal: name a region on a trip and the trip appears on the region's page, with no one editing it. The enquiry form writes the WhatsApp message for the traveller, and a sticky bar keeps WhatsApp and Call one tap away on a phone.

Duplicate content
A build that refuses thin pages
Growing from one page to about a hundred is exactly where travel sites go thin. A build test compares every pair of pages on five-word shingles and fails above 0.23 similarity. The most similar pair on the site scores 0.077. Routes that would have overlapped an existing page were dropped instead of being written thin.

The lesson
A travel site ranks one page at a time. Someone typing “taxi service in Palampur” wants the Palampur page, not the homepage.
